About the artist

Born in Leningrad in 1966. Olga SUVOROVA is the daughter of the honored artist of the RSFSR Igor SUVOROV. She is the representative of the Dynasty of SUVOROV artists, which includes the three generations of artists from Saint Petersburg: Olga's father, Igor SUVOROV, Natalia and the daughter of Olga, Ekaterina.

In 1998, Olga SUVOROVA graduated from the Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg, which bears the name of Ilya Repin, and the workshop of A. Mylnikov.

Olga SUVOROVA created his own style of painting - historical portraits in characters' costume in the style of different periods, such as the Renaissance and the Rococo. His work recalls the popular artistic movement of the 20th century in Saint Petersburg, "Mir Iskusstva" ("Le Monde des Arts"), which was inspired by 18th century art and culture.

The artist is constantly participating in exhibitions in Russia and abroad. His works are part of private collections in England, America, Germany, China, Russia and other countries.
