The wait can sometimes seem long, and we completely understand that it can be frustrating not to immediately find certain highly requested creations. In order to continue to offer you rare, out of stock or temporarily unavailable models in our local stocks, we have set up a printing on demand system.
Concretely, certain canvases are manufactured exclusively for you after validation and confirmation of your order. These products therefore do not come from our permanent local stock, which nevertheless includes more than 7,000 kits immediately available in our warehouses. Each print-on-demand piece is produced individually, specifically to your request, then shipped directly from our production partner. This operation allows us to maintain access to a wide selection of visuals while maintaining our quality standards.
The estimated production and preparation time is between 4 and 8 working weeks. This deadline concerns exclusively the manufacturing and preparation of your order. Transport, routing and delivery time to your address is not included in this estimate and may vary depending on the country of destination, carriers, customs formalities and international logistics conditions at the time of shipment.
The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and correspond to an average estimate observed during normal periods of activity. These may be extended independently of our will in the event of exceptional circumstances or external disruptions, including, without limitation: busy periods, holidays, end-of-year celebrations, seasonal peaks, social movements, strikes, conflicts, geopolitical situations, government restrictions, carrier delays, logistical congestion, customs controls, natural disasters, pandemics or any other event relating to force majeure.
If a restocking occurs in our warehouses before shipping your order, it may be prioritized and shipped from our local stock, at no additional cost and depending on our logistics availability.
Regarding customs and import fees:
• For the United States, all customs fees are fully covered by Oraloa. No additional costs will be requested from the customer upon delivery.
• For all other destinations, customs fees, local taxes, import fees or administrative fees may be applied in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These possible costs remain exclusively the responsibility of the customer and cannot under any circumstances be reimbursed by Oraloa.
IMPORTANT — Specific conditions for print-on-demand orders:
Any order made using print-on-demand is considered firm, definitive and personalized. As soon as payment is validated, production is launched specifically for the customer concerned. Consequently, these orders cannot be subject to any modification, cancellation, withdrawal, refund, exchange, credit or compensation, whatever the reason.
The customer expressly acknowledges that print-on-demand products are manufactured exclusively for him and that no cancellation or refund can be accepted once the order has been validated, including in the event that the estimated production, shipping or delivery times are exceeded.
This policy applies in particular, without limitation, to delays linked to production, international transport, customs formalities, logistical disruptions or external events beyond the control of Oraloa. The deadlines communicated remain indicative and in no way constitute a firm contractual commitment to delivery on a specific date.
No delay, whatever the duration or cause, may give rise to order cancellation, partial or total refund, compensation, credit, commercial compensation or payment dispute with the banking institution or payment provider.
By validating an order containing one or more print-on-demand products, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these conditions without reservation.
