Waiting can sometimes feel long, and we fully understand how frustrating it may be when certain highly requested designs are no longer immediately available. In order to continue offering rare, sold-out, or temporarily unavailable designs, we have implemented a print-on-demand system.
Concretely, certain canvases are produced exclusively for you after your order has been validated and confirmed. These products do not come from our permanent local inventory, which already includes more than 7,000 kits available in stock in our warehouses. Each print-on-demand item is individually manufactured specifically for your order and then shipped directly from our production partner. This system allows us to continue offering a wide range of exclusive artworks while maintaining our quality standards.
The estimated production and preparation timeframe is between 4 and 7 business weeks. This timeframe applies exclusively to the manufacturing and preparation process of your order. Shipping, transit, and final delivery times to your address are not included in this estimate and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carriers, customs procedures, and international logistics conditions at the time of dispatch.
The timelines provided are purely indicative estimates based on average processing times during normal operating periods. These timelines may be extended beyond our control in the event of exceptional circumstances or external disruptions, including but not limited to: high-demand periods, holidays, year-end festivities, seasonal peaks, strikes, labor disputes, geopolitical situations, governmental restrictions, carrier delays, logistics congestion, customs inspections, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.
If a restock becomes available in our local warehouses before your order is shipped, your order may be prioritized and dispatched directly from our local stock at no additional cost, subject to logistical availability.
Regarding customs duties and import fees:
• For the United States, all customs duties and import fees are fully covered by Oraloa. No additional charges will be requested from the customer upon delivery.
• For all other destinations, customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or administrative charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. Any such fees remain solely the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed by Oraloa under any circumstances.
IMPORTANT — Print-on-Demand Order Conditions:
Any order placed under the print-on-demand system is considered final, binding, and personalized. As soon as payment is validated, production is launched specifically for the customer concerned. Consequently, these orders cannot be modified, canceled, withdrawn, refunded, exchanged, credited, or compensated under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever.
The customer expressly acknowledges that print-on-demand products are manufactured exclusively for them and that no cancellation or refund may be accepted once the order has been confirmed, including in cases where estimated production, shipping, or delivery timelines are exceeded.
This policy applies in particular, without limitation, to delays related to manufacturing, international transportation, customs procedures, logistics disruptions, or any external circumstances beyond Oraloa’s control. All timelines communicated remain estimates only and shall not constitute a contractual guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
No delay, regardless of its duration or cause, shall give rise to any cancellation request, partial or full refund, compensation, store credit, commercial gesture, or payment dispute/chargeback with the customer’s bank or payment provider.
By validating an order containing one or more print-on-demand products, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted all of the present conditions without reservation.
