The wait can sometimes seem long, and we know some of you can't wait to have your favorite creations available again. In order to avoid you having to depend on a restocking whose date may be uncertain, we have set up a printing-on-demand system.
Concretely, this means that certain canvases are printed especially for you, only after validation of your order. They therefore do not come from our local stock: production is launched individually, piece by piece, then the order is shipped directly from our partner supplier. This operation allows us to continue to offer you images that are out of stock or temporarily unavailable in our warehouses, while maintaining our high level of quality requirements.
The overall processing and delivery time is estimated between 3 and 4 weeks. This time includes production and preparation time as well as delivery to your address. This is an indicative deadline valid during normal periods of activity. It may, however, be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as local or international public holidays, busy periods (holidays, end-of-year celebrations, seasonal peaks), logistical delays or customs constraints.
However, if a restock occurs in our local stocks before your order is shipped, it will be automatically prioritized and sent from our warehouses, at no additional cost to you.
Regarding customs and import fees:
- For the United States, all customs fees are fully covered by Oraloa. No additional fees will be charged to the customer upon delivery.
- For other destinations, customs fees, local taxes or import fees may be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of destination. These possible costs remain the responsibility of the customer and depend exclusively on the customs conditions specific to each country.
Finally, very important point: any print-on-demand order is firm and final. Since production is launched specifically for you upon validation of payment, these orders cannot be modified, canceled or refunded for any reason. We thank you for taking this into account before finalizing your purchase.
