What is your return policy?

We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to satisfy each customer and believe in our products and their qualities. Our main mission is to offer you exemplary customer service and to meet your priority expectations.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

An order cancellation request must be received before our staff has packed and shipped your order. The preparation of your products is generally done between 1 and 2 hours after receiving your order. 

If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns within 3 days, at your expense, and only if the product is in its original, unopened box, sealed with its protective film and in perfect condition for resale. The return costs will be at your expense using the same delivery service by which your product was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cover return costs only in certain cases: Defective product.

What should I do to request a return?

To start a return you can contact us at info@oraloa.com. Si your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

My order is damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these returns.

Can I exchange my product?

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original packaging, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How does my order get refunded?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
