Print on Demand POD

The wait can sometimes feel long, and we know that some of you are eager to see your favorite designs become available again. To spare you from depending on a restock with an uncertain date, we've set up a print-on-demand system.

In practical terms, this means that certain canvases are printed especially for you, only after your order has been confirmed. They don't come from our local stock: production is launched individually, piece by piece, and the order is then shipped directly from our partner supplier. This process allows us to keep offering you designs that are sold out or temporarily unavailable in our warehouses, while maintaining our quality standards.

The overall processing and delivery time is estimated between 4 and 8 weeks. This includes production time, preparation, and shipping to your address. This is an estimated timeframe valid during normal periods of activity. It may, however, be extended in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as local or international holidays, peak periods (vacations, year-end holidays, seasonal surges), logistical delays, or customs-related constraints.

That said, if a restock occurs in our local inventory before your order ships, it will automatically be prioritized and sent from our warehouses, at no extra cost to you.

Regarding customs and import fees:

- For the United States, all customs fees are fully covered by Oraloa. No additional charges will be billed to the customer upon delivery.
- For other destinations, customs fees, local taxes, or import charges may apply in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country. Any such fees remain the customer's responsibility and depend solely on each country's specific customs conditions.

Finally, a very important point: any print-on-demand order is final and non-negotiable. Since production is launched specifically for you as soon as payment is confirmed, these orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, for any reason whatsoever. Please keep this in mind before completing your purchase.

Our goal is to offer you the best possible balance between availability, quality, and transparency, so that you can enjoy your favorites with full peace of mind.
