Little tips for optimal results:

- Always choose a larger size in order to bring out maximum details on your kit. The larger the size, the more precise and faithful the rendering will be to your image.

- Opt for a high quality image (sharp, well lit and not blurry) to ensure optimal results.

- Avoid images that are too dark or with low contrast, as some details may be less visible when transformed into Diamond Painting.

- Portraits with few subjects (1 to 3 people) generally give better results, especially at medium sizes.

- Make sure that important elements of your image are not too close to the edges, as slight cropping can be done by our team.

- The more complex details your image contains (hair, textures, backgrounds), the larger a size will be recommended for a harmonious rendering.

Full manual design is a demanding process, usually reserved for designs produced in large quantities. It cannot therefore be applied to personalized kits.

For your tailor-made creations, we use powerful software to transform your image with precision. Our pixel artists then intervene to rework the details, optimize the colors and enhance the final result. They can also incorporate special effects, such as AB diamonds or other special diamonds, depending on the needs of the image.

Please note that these adjustments and additions are made at the discretion of our team and cannot be personalized.

Any image that does not respect copyright will result in the cancellation of the order, with a 25% handling and cancellation fee. (if no proof or authorization is provided to us)
