We make every effort to provide accurate information, but do not guarantee that the content is completely complete, accurate or up-to-date. Use of the information on the site is at your own risk.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Product presentation
Product descriptions, images, colors and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor differences may exist between preview and final product, especially for licensed or hand-created artistic works.
4.2 Availability
We reserve the right to limit available quantities, refuse any order, and withdraw or modify a product without notice.
5. Orders and Accounts
5.1 Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current order and account information.
5.2 Refusal or cancellation
We may refuse or cancel an order if it appears suspicious, fraudulent, linked to a reseller or made in abnormal quantities. Where possible, we will notify you by email.
6. Price and Payment
Our prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are fully authorized to use the selected payment method and guarantee that this method has the necessary funds or authorizations required.
6.1 Bank transaction fees
Transaction fees, international fees, exchange fees or commissions may appear on your bank statements depending on your banking institution, your country of residence or the type of card used. These additional fees are applied directly by your bank, card issuer or payment provider, and are in no way the responsibility of Oraloa.
Since Oraloa does not collect or control these fees, no reimbursement, support or compensation can be made in this regard, regardless of the customer's situation. We invite any customer concerned to contact their bank to obtain details on the fees applied.
6.2 Technical errors and display of prices
In the event of a technical error, site malfunction or involuntary display of an incorrect price (whether an obvious error or an amount not in accordance with the prices usually charged), Oraloa reserves the right to cancel any affected order, even if an automatic confirmation has been issued. The customer will be informed and fully refunded if a payment has already been made.
6.3 Refusal of payment and suspicion of fraud
In the event of refusal of payment, non-validated bank authorization or suspicion of fraud, the order will be automatically canceled without Oraloa having to justify the reason. No shipment will be made until payment has been confirmed.
7. Third Party Tools and Services
The site may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control. You acknowledge that these tools are provided “as is” and without warranty. Oraloa declines all responsibility for your use of it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Oraloa site — texts, images, graphics, works of art, designs, logos, photos, videos and products — is protected by intellectual property laws.
It is strictly prohibited:
- to reproduce, distribute or use our content without written authorization,
- modify or exploit our designs, artistic creations or licensed works.
Any unauthorized reproduction may result in prosecution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oraloa cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the site, for any error or inaccuracy in the content, for any technical problem, virus, interruption or failure of the server, or for any loss linked to an event beyond our control.
10. Deliveries and Returns

12. Prohibitions of Use

- aimed at harming Oraloa, our partner artists or our licenses,

Any misuse will result in termination of your access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe that you are violating these Terms.
