We make every effort to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the content is perfectly complete, accurate, or up to date. Use of the information on the site is at your own risk.

4.1 Product presentation

Product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences may exist between the preview and the final product, particularly for licensed or handmade artworks.

4.2 Availability

We reserve the right to limit available quantities, refuse any order, and remove or modify a product without notice.

5.1 Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date order and account information.

5.2 Refusal or cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order if it appears suspicious, fraudulent, related to a reseller, or placed in unusual quantities. Whenever possible, we will notify you by email.

Our prices may be changed without prior notice. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are fully authorized to use the selected payment method and you guarantee that this method has the necessary funds or required authorizations.

6.1 Bank Transaction Fees

Transaction fees, international fees, exchange fees, or commissions may appear on your bank statements depending on your bank, your country of residence, or the type of card used. These additional fees are applied directly by your bank, your card issuer, or your payment provider, and are in no way related to Oraloa.

Since Oraloa neither collects nor controls these fees, no refund, coverage, or compensation can be provided regarding this matter, regardless of the customer's situation. We invite any affected customer to contact their bank for details about the fees applied.

6.2 Technical Errors and Price Display

In the event of a technical error, a site malfunction, or the unintentional display of an incorrect price (whether an obvious error or an amount that does not match our usual pricing), Oraloa reserves the right to cancel any affected order, even if an automatic confirmation has been issued. The customer will be notified and fully refunded if payment has already been made.

6.3 Payment Refusal and Suspected Fraud

In the event of payment refusal, unvalidated bank authorization, or suspected fraud, the order will be automatically canceled without Oraloa having to justify the reason. No shipment will be made until payment has been confirmed.

The site may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control. You acknowledge that these tools are provided "as is" and without warranty. Oraloa disclaims all liability for how you use them.

All content on the Oraloa site — text, images, graphics, artwork, designs, logos, photos, videos, and products — is protected by intellectual property laws.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written authorization,
• modify or exploit our designs, artistic creations, or licensed works.

Any unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action.

Oraloa cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the site, for any error or inaccuracy in the content, for any technical issue, virus, interruption, or server failure, or for any loss related to an event beyond our control.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

You are not permitted to use the site for purposes:

• that are illegal or fraudulent,
• that aim to harm Oraloa, our partner artists, or our licenses,
• involving improper data collection,
• that infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.

Any misuse will result in the termination of your access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.
