About the artist

If I was a real musician, and not the amateur guitarist that I am, I'm sure I would be a session musician, because I'm a reliable, hard-working person who appreciates quality and who enjoys creating something great without seeking the spotlight.

I chose art as a career and approached it with the same attitude. I feel close to many styles and I like to experiment and learn from others. Much of my work has been behind the scenes, in various capacities, and often under the art direction of clients, which has required me to approach things differently and learn new things.

I have designed homewares and gifts for many years, from concept sketches to technical drawings, often for licensed products, such as (George Lucas' favorite!) the R2D2 cookie jar and an abstract Mickey Mouse kettle for Copco.

I have lived most of my life in New Jersey and still do. I am married with two adult children and three adorable granddaughters.
