About the artist

Alan is an independent artist who started as a storyboard artist for a London agency, before returning to his roots in the Northeast to pursue a career in graphic design. Although he liked to work in the field of design for large customers, Alan has always liked the illustration. 13 years later, after working as a tattoo artist, he arrived at the door of Advocate Art. Since he joined Advocate Art a year and a half ago, Alan had the chance to work on a variety of projects, including the Omniverse graphic novels for Viz Media, as well as illustrations of children's books for publishers such as Harper Collins and Watts. He can indulge in many styles depending on the client, but with a marked interest in the world of comics, he is comfortable working on daring graphics and comics. He works in a mansard studio with his faithful companion, Ollie Le Schnauzer Miniature (miniature by size, giant by personality and appetite), and his two sons Wilf and Teddy.
