C'est une pratique d'art-thérapie reconnue pour son effet apaisant et anti-stress.

La répétition des gestes favorise la concentration, apaise le mental et stimule la libération de dopamine. Le Diamond Painting est utilisé comme outil d'art-thérapie pour réduire l'anxiété, lutter contre les routines fatigantes ou l'épuisement, et retrouver un état de pleine conscience (mindfulness) accessible à tous, sans compétence artistique préalable.

Quelle taille de toile choisir pour débuter ?

Pour un premier kit, une toile de 30x40 cm en pose complète (full drill) est idéale : assez grande pour un beau rendu, assez rapide pour rester motivé. Les grandes toiles (40x50 cm et plus) offrent plus de détails mais demandent davantage de temps.

Les diamants ronds sont plus faciles et rapides à poser, parfaits pour débuter. Les diamants carrés s'emboîtent sans espace et donnent un rendu net et brillant, plus précis, apprécié des passionnés confirmés.
