I am a self-taught American artist, working in my studio in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Since 2006, I have been selling my artwork online, at events and through licensed products.

I spent my childhood in Northern California, where I discovered my passion. Like many artists, I have been obsessed with drawing and coloring for as long as I can remember! All was right with the world whenever I got a new coloring book and a new box of colored pencils. Drawing has always been part of me: my first paid freelance job dates back to when I was 11 (a colored pencil drawing of a bald eagle for my science teacher's son, as a birthday present); I was the devoted artist on every school group project; and after school, I was the girl knocking on your door trying to sell you hand-drawn bookmarks for 50 cents each! When I wasn't at school, doing homework or doing chores, I was drawing, writing, reading or making something. I am a completely self-taught artist, and I earned my associate degree in business in 2007. I am thrilled to be able to share my talent with the whole world and make a living from it!

My original works are created by hand in watercolor pencil and ink on illustration board, using traditional materials and techniques. Sizes range from miniature (2.5"x3.5") up to 11"x14", although I can go a bit larger. Sometimes I work in acrylic on wood, which lets me paint a little larger and use different techniques. I also create all my own graphics for the internet and for use on products, I produce many of my own prints and products in the studio, and I publish my own coloring books and collectible cards. I currently license my artwork to outside companies for use on products such as cross-stitch charts, stationery, rubber stamps and much more. I love being able to offer my art on products that I know people will use and enjoy!

Fans have been collecting my work on sites like eBay and Etsy for many years now, and hundreds of my original paintings and prints are in many personal collections around the world. My fans are very important to me, because I wouldn't be where I am today without their support! I look forward to a wonderful future in which I will have the opportunity to license my art for more products, illustrate books, and paint more fun characters and artwork for everyone to enjoy :).
