“Well hi, I’m Bishopparigo, I’m a painter and illustrator. It's been over 10 years since I created my artistic universe thanks to my totem symbol, the bird, which has today become my signature. »
What is your thing?
“I would say that my style is characterized by the staging of what I call “family”. I like to think that it unites people. Afterwards it is up to each of us to observe, imagine and tell ourselves what we want. The most important thing for me is that my creations arouse emotion. Whatever it is, it necessarily has its reason for being and I find that inspiring. »
A particular asset?
I have the chance to collaborate with diverse clients (communities, private companies, individuals, schools, etc.) which pushes me to test different disciplines and offer alternatives in my creations. My main goal has always been to make art accessible to everyone. I tell myself that I promote inclusion in a sense.
