At Oraloa, creativity, gentleness, and art therapy are at the center of our world. But behind the colors, behind the kits, behind each creation... there is a deeply personal story, a story that has transformed us:

The arrival of a child with an extra chromosome in our family changed our lives in the most beautiful way possible.
They taught us patience, resilience, unconditional love, and above all... the power of a smile.
This little radiant being, with their unique joy, innocence, and incredible strength, awakened in us the desire to do more. To help. To raise awareness. To support. To create hope.
This is how The 21st Smile was born, an association that we entirely created, carried, imagined, and built with our hearts.
✨ Why we created The 21st Smile
We founded this association because we have seen, from the inside:
- The doubts and questions that families face,
- The loneliness that some people feel,
- The concrete needs that are sometimes difficult to meet,
- But also the extraordinary beauty, love, and light that these children bring to the world.
We wanted to give a voice to this beautiful difference. We wanted to support families on their journey. We wanted to change perspectives, not with speeches, but with smiles, actions, and kindness.
