Diamond painting, Pixel Hobby or cross stitch?
Diamond painting wins people over with its sparkle: you stick drills onto an adhesive canvas and the artwork glitters in the light. Pixel Hobby offers a soft, matte finish: small plastic pixels click into plates, with no glue and no ironing. Oraloa cross stitch is embroidered on a 14CT canvas with the design printed on it, using Egyptian cotton threads. If the person loves things that shine, choose diamond painting; if they prefer a clean activity that is easy to correct, Pixel Hobby; if they love needle and thread, cross stitch.
What’s in the box
An Oraloa diamond painting kit is complete: printed adhesive canvas, drills sorted by colour in bags, applicator with a grip, wax, drill tray, tweezers and washi tape, plus an instruction manual. The recipient can start as soon as they open it, without buying anything else. A Pixel Hobby kit contains the base plates, the coloured pixels and the detailed pattern with its colour code.

- We do not include a paper invoice in our parcels, so the gift arrives discreetly.
- Would you like to add a short note? Contact us after your order: we will do our best to slip it into the parcel.
Lead times to plan before the holidays
- In-stock kits: prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment. Indicative delivery times: France and neighbouring countries 2 to 5 business days, rest of Europe 3 to 8, United States 2 to 8, Canada 2 to 6 business days.
- Print on demand: some canvases are made specially for you, with a lead time of 4 to 8 business weeks, excluding shipping. This lead time is shown on the product page.
- Pixel Hobby: kits are shipped from the Netherlands and may arrive in a separate parcel.
- Peak periods: the end-of-year holidays can lengthen carrier delivery times. It is best not to wait until the last week.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a kit delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter their delivery address when ordering. No paper invoice is included in the parcel.
From what age can I give a kit?
Our kits are suitable from age 6 for simple designs. For more complex creations, we recommend them from age 10 and for adults.
Will the recipient need to buy tools?
No. All our kits contain the materials needed to start as soon as they arrive.
What if they don’t like the kit?
An unopened, unused kit, complete and in its original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For an exchange, the simplest option is to return the kit and then order the one the person prefers.
Can the custom kit and the gift card be returned?
No. Kits personalised from a photo, print-on-demand products and gift cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once the order is confirmed.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yes. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, but a gift card can be used in addition to a discount code.
