Born in 1987, in Brittany, in fairy and Korrigans countries, Amandine Jung, lets herself be enchanted by tales and legends, eccentric rhymes, cartoons of all kinds. She keeps her child's soul in a world that she imagines black and poetic. In its imagination, the sun can disappear to make room for the moon, Snow White can bite a pearl apple, and a small musaraigne curiously flies in the sky. Going from a simple image in mind and succeeding in giving it shape is a difficult creative process. Amandine plays with painting, features and her ideas. It feeds on the slightest word, a very small note of music, a sweet spicy smell, the sound of the rain falling on the ground, the leaves of the fall that sing in the Breton forests, of the moon which makes it dreamy, of the simplest image and its overflowing imagination makes the rest.
Since 2018, the artist is embarking on the world of coloring and has unveiled a new talent for the creation of adult coloring books.
