Simon Treadwell

Born in 1961, Simon Treadwell has been passionate about drawing and painting since his childhood. He decided to become an artist at the age of fourteen, after having discovered some of Max Ernst's works at the Guggenheim Museum. After high school, he specialized in classic studies at the European Design Institute in Milan, then began to work as artistic director in several advertising agencies. As an independent illustrator, he became a specialist in hyperrealism, using mixed techniques: airbrush, oil paintings, acrylic and watercolors. A little later, he began to create digital works of art using his Mac, who represents and forever a very faithful friend. After working for many years as an illustrator in the advertising and publishing sectors, Simon recently devoted herself to the development of sublime works of art specially designed for Christmas products. Simon constantly explores his art and discovers new ideas and techniques to best illustrate the wonders of Santa Claus and his magical world. Currently, he lives and works in the beautiful city of Tuscany
